Finally! After almost 8 years of this crap, it looks like this case is over.
That whole situation was just really stupid, at least to me it was stupid. It was an incident that not many people saw or were paying attention (I sure know that I didn’t catch it until I heard about it the next day). Then after that moment, all this fake outrage started and the FCC started to become fine happy, almost fining every network for almost any little thing. This is how it should’ve ended and they made the right decision, CBS shouldn’t have to pay a dime to these overprotective pricks.

This is an article about former SNL cast member Finesse Mitchell. I totally forgot that he’s on a Disney show nowadays. I thought he wasn’t a good fit on SNL though I did find his commentaries on Weekend Update to be hilarious. It’s good to know that he’s at least active these days, though I do find it funny (and messed up) that he wrote a relationship book and then he ended up getting divorced.
Sometimes when SNL cast members do impressions of people, I find them to look way more attractive than the actual person that they’re portraying.

i've been wondering that fort awhile now. I just can't recall hearing it at the world cup or any other football game and this year they've always played it. And to be honest I hate that song so much!? xD but I LOVE watching football!
Yeah, I don’t really watch much football so I don’t recall if it was done at the world cup in 2010, I just only started noticing it now with Euro 2012. You don’t like that song? That’s one of my favorite songs from The White Stripes

I have no idea why it always gets played, but I’ve heard that it’s the Italian team’s unofficial anthem. Though I’ve seen when other teams score a goal the crowd will sing the song too
What do you think NBC should do to save itself?
That’s a difficult answer because NBC has so many problems and I’m not sure there is one real good solution that will fix everything. One thing that they really need to do is figure out how to repair their name. Right now whenever someone hears about a new show on NBC, they may not want to see it no matter how good it is because NBC currently is associated with blunders and failures.
But the major problem with the network was that they never prepared for life after “Friends” and “Fraiser”. When those shows ended, they immediately went straight from 1st to 4th place

Regarding the Today Show drama over the removal of Ann Curry as co-host and who will replace her, do you think Saturday Night Live will ever spoof this matter next season? Hoping Matt Lauer will get skewered for this!!!
I doubt it. I mean, this all happened in late June so by that time this whole situation might be old news. I guess it just depends on what happens over the next few months

I’m sad to see Ann Curry leave “Today”. Ugh, only NBC knows how to make these boneheaded moves with their own people / TV shows. It’s like for other networks to succeed, just watch whatever NBC does and then do the exact opposite
